Above 1 master bedroom, 1 "dorm" with 2 large beds 140 and 1 in 90 with another 1 bathroom mattress upstairs 1 large living room (kitchen fireplace living room) On the ground floor, garage for bicycles, washing machine, toilet during renovation (Wd 'improvement)but totally comfortable!

"La Circulade" – Character house with garden

Charming village house located in the middle of the Bram circulade, close to all amenities, shops and restaurants. It has private and secure parking in the courtyard. The courtyard is equipped with a dining table, barbecue, garden furniture with hammock to spend beautiful days and evenings with family or friends! The 250m2 house can accommodate up to 10 people including 9 adults/teenager maximum and 1 young child (3-8 years old) split into the 5 bedrooms.

Fonclaire is a chalet in a 4 hectare park, facing south facing the Black Mountain. Ideal for an exotic holiday with friends and family for a weekend or a week. Its maximum capacity of 21 people, its vast grounds, and its location will allow you to fully disconnect while remaining close to amenities. Track game looking for a slice of paradise in the forest, boulodrome, volleyball court, plus many other activities. Pets allowed.

On a 1.5-hectare estate amid meadows and forests, the pavilion allows you to experience your stay at a pace that suits you. Surrounded by nature, you will be at the entrance of an equestrian center. Only 25 minutes from the city of Carcassonne you can discover its small shopping streets and ramparts. A few kilometers away you will also find a leisure base, the Chateau de Saissac or the Mazamet footbridge.
