A beautiful barn conversion situated in the centre of the quaint village of Potterhanworth, just a short distance from the historic city of Lincoln. Relax in the open plan shabby chic living area, that opens through double arched doors onto the veranda and outdoor eating space. Lit by fairy lights you can enjoy views of the beautiful, established garden. Finish the evening in a super king size bed, or double brass bed looking up at vaulted ceilings with huge chandeliers and exposed beams.

Little Oaks, nestles in its own fenced off spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oak trees, well placed in Lincolnshire, but on the borders with Rutland, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire on our small holding, looking out over rolling countryside.
