Located in the recently remodeled Ashford Imperial Condominium opposite of the Marriot Hotel at the heart of Ashford Avenue in Condado. The condominium has a 24 hour doorman, a luxury lobby and library with free WiFi, swimming pool, gym and a coin operated laundry room. Access is restricted to guests and/or residents. The building is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, designer boutiques, stores, spas, gym, beauty salons, 24 hour drug stores, casinos, bars, hotels, banks, la “Ventana al Mar” (beach front open space park), church, hospital and public transportation and approximately a 10 minutes drive from San Juan International Airport and 5 minutes drive from Old San Juan. Taxis and public transportation are easily accessed in front of the building in Ashford Avenue and/or the Marriot Hotel. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a queen size bed, a full size futon (sofa bed), air conditioning, walk in closet, 32” flat screen HDTV, cable, high speed internet with WiFi, DVD, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen. For more privacy, the queen bed has been elegantly separated from the living space. It has a comfortable balcony with view to the Atlantic Ocean and the activity of Ashford Avenue. We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also has washer/dryer in the apt. Condo has a pool, gym, tennis court, mini market and private access to the beach. The studio can be converted as two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is to the city. Only one parking available with security.
