Cozy home near the lake is a peaceful place to relax or adventure in the lakes region.The house is located right next to the Glendale Yacht Club and 0.3 miles or a 6 min walk (based on Google) to the Lyon's Den Restaurant and water access at the Glendale Public Docks (no swim area). The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard. There is a queen-sized bed, full bath (no-curb shower), and an outdoor shower (not available in the winter) Small kitchen with a sink, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. I was born in this house to my artist mother 38 years ago. It is so treasured that I cannot bear to part with it. She painted the inside and handmade all the tile work. My career takes me far and wide so you will have the whole place to yourself. I keep my bedroom for the week or two out of the year that I'm home and rent the rest of the place. 5 minute walk from late night pizza, bars, restaurants, libraries, law school, corner store. Downtown as you can be! Wonderful old home! ❤
