It is a loft house for the full and exclusive use of the guests, very close to the beach (10 seconds away). Located in one of the best residential areas in Almería, the surroundings are surrounded by houses with garden and common green areas. A few meters away there is a convenience store and it is connected to the promenade from where the sunrise and the sunsets in the afternoon are especially pleasant. On windy days it's a perfect surf sports area.

On the village slope and on the top floor of the residential house, the apartment overlooks the ocean and skyline by 180 degrees. A well-equipped kitchen invites you to dine on the terrace. 20 meters from the beach. All services , bar, bakery, cafeteria, pharmacy ... Quiet place ideal for rest. Two bedrooms: first bedroom, one double bed. Second bedroom, double bed one single in bunk bed (Children love it). The house is located in a pedestrian street. It has a table outside the house, where you can eat sunbathing. IDEAL!!! NEWLY RENOVATED.
