Charming and original house, restored as new, well-lit ,in a quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the amenities of the center of the village of Las Negras, terrace with sea view, cozy garden protected from the wind, spacious living room, outdoor washing machine, comfortable parking. House with all the comfort: air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, wifi, coffee maker, equipped kitchen, sheets and towels...everything is new (mattresses, sofa bed, kitchen, shower, bathroom, washing machine)

House in La Alpujarra Arabic, located in The oldest neighborhood of Capileira, the quietest and most magical place in town. Surrounded by sounds of fountains, ditches, mountains, hiking trails and the Poqueira River. The house consists of two floors. Upstairs there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with mountain view, living room with fireplace and two armchairs-bed. Downstairs there is another living room with kitchenette and wood stove. Fully equipped and with WIFI. No heat, just fireplaces.

Come and relax at Casa de las Aves, the House of the Birds, a comfortable and peaceful lakeside country house where more than 80 species of birds have been seen. Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Jardín del Sol Norte in Cazorla

Very luminous independent accommodation, warm in winter and cool in the summer due to its thick walls. It consists of bedroom, bathroom, dining kitchen and private outdoor terrace, plus a large shared outdoor space. With spectacular sunsets and views of the village and mountains. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Access is through some narrow, steep street, just like the village. We live on the plants upstairs, without that being intimidated.
