Comfortable lakeside house!

Come and relax at Casa de las Aves, the House of the Birds, a comfortable and peaceful lakeside country house where more than 80 species of birds have been seen. Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Sheridan's House

This beautiful unique house is close to the village plaza where there are shops, bars and restaurants. It is a 4 floor property with a living room and fireplace, 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single bed, both with wonderful views of the mountains. There are 3 bathrooms (one on each of the first 3 floors). The rooftop terrace offers incredible views of the village and the mountains. There are several hiking routes from the village and free public parking within approximately 4 minutes walk.

Casa Colina, Válor, Alpujarras, Andalucia,

Bright and spacious, comfortable home. Casa Colina has amazing views of the Valley, Mountains & Sea. Situated in the quaint village of Válor a traditional Alpujarran pueblo (15 minute drive - Ugijar & 25 minutes from Cádiar). Especially recommended for hikers, and people who do not mind a short uphill walk to the alto barrio. Located near the centre of the village, close to the pharmacy, shops, bank and bars. The local swimming pool is also just a short walk away (open July & August)

Lavanda, Idyllic Guesthouse at Finca del Alamo

This house and porch are set in groves of olives, palms and fruit trees, has beautiful views, traditional features and plenty of character. Enjoy the relaxing on your terrace or by the pool. The pool is shared but it is rarely crowded as guests often take the opportunity to explore the Cabo de Gata coastline with all its fabulous beaches. The nearby village of Nijar has a traditional church and square, and there is everything you need to relax.

The house has play areas, swimming pool, winery, petanque, basketball basket and beach boley net. Surrounded by natural spaces ( Baza, Castril, Cazorla), archaeological sites (Orce, Galera; Baza, Gorafe), and spaces for nautical activities (Negratín) and just 50 minutes from Granada and the Alhambra.
