Brand new apartment, in a very central location in the north area, with nearby services such as laundry, supermarket and transportation. Private access located on the upper floor. Upon entering, it has an open living room, dining room and kitchen with natural lighting and ventilation. The kitchen is fully equipped. This unique accommodation has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a third with a single bed and turbine fan. You will have a large space in the living room with good lighting and large windows and television. A spacious kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, blender, coffee maker, pans and basic utensils to make your stay more comfortable. 2 full bathrooms and a small patio where you will find what you need to clean.

Excellent apartment for leisure or business visits, WiFi at 20 megas. Privileged location with entrance by one of the main avenues of Colima, in front of the University of Colima, a few blocks from the government administrative complex Very close to the regional hospital, central bus, access to the Gdl-Manzanillo highway and the commercial plazas of the Golden Zone of Colima. You need a car. I rented mine.

It is a new apartment located in a residential area, very close to the University of Colima and the historic center. Spacious, equipped and cozy. Next to pedestrian park and a stream. There is little circulation and easy access to the main roads and highways. With spacious living room, full kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, two bedrooms with two beds c/u and a sofa bed.
