Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in our back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Close to a very pleasant walk along the river to Sonning. Reading is a 25-minute train ride into London Paddington, and has beautiful countryside situated all around it, such as Oxfordshire and Henley.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to Paddington.

Modernised 2-bedroom first-floor flat. Large well-equipped kitchen. The lounge has a small balcony that looks out over the communal garden area. As well as the lounge TV both bedrooms have large wall-mounted TVs with Netflix and Amazon, box set heaven! For a small extra charge we have a fold-out full-size single bed that we can set up in the apartment if you specify 5 guests (even if there are not 5 of you, e.g., one of your party may want their own bed)

Self Contained Detached Property on the River Pang

Our annexe has been very recently refurbished - people have told me the photographs do not do it justice!! We are just 2 minutes walk to a lovely local thatched pub, and a couple of minutes drive to other restaurants and dining, public transport and family-friendly activities in the centre of Pangbourne which has a station (trains to London take 35 mins via Reading. It is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families with children.
