Amazing Olde Marco Condo, Beautiful Sunsets & Dolphins

Great One Bedroom, One Bath condo in Olde Marco Island. You'll enjoy great views of the bay and amazing sunsets over the Gulf Of Mexico. You'll love all of the boats that float by and the daily dolphin sightings sitting on our back porch. We’re very grateful that our property didn’t receive damage from Hurricane Ian in late September 2022. During the Summer of 2022, we also updated the bedroom furniture, including an adjustable frame bed. We also added a recliner and a new couch with a pullout bed. Fall 2023 Updates: During September and October of 2023, we're going to close this rental to replace all of the flooring, re-paint the entire unit, a complete bathroom renovation which will include a new shower, lighting, and vanity. This condo was already great and now it's going to be even more fabulous. We purchased it more than 3 years ago and our guests love its location and Olde Marco Charm. You'll love our condo, beautiful kitchen, and small community. All guests will receive my personal phone number and email address as a part of our welcome letter. Great restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to the beach of Marco Island in your rental car and parking in public lots. We actually recommend you take a quick Uber or Lyft as you can get dropped off at access points and then get picked up later in the day. Super easy way to enjoy the beach.

Waterfront Anglers Cove features two heated pools, whirlpools, tennis courts and Marco Island’s popular Dolphin Tiki Bar and Restaurant. Approx. 2 miles to the beach. *New owners as of 3/10/22.
