In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Holiday on a modern houseboat on the Lahn. Enjoy nature and relaxation on the water. The houseboat is equipped with high quality and has 2 rooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and storage room. The highlight is the open living/ kitchen area with terrace. The sliding doors can be opened on all sides to be even closer to nature. The houseboat we rented at the berth. Paddleboards and a small license-free motorboat can be rented.

In the top equipped kitchen, conjure up a delicious dinner and enjoy a glass of Mosel wine. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails along the Moselle are waiting for you! Attention: Boat is located between mid-November and end of February in the harbor in the first row with Mosel view (see pictures).

The apartment ecologically renovated from 2013-2017 with historical building materials consists of 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom for 2-3 people on the 1st floor of the "Old Ferry House".
