Buckley House overlooks the famous harbour town of Cobh in Cork. It is a 4 story listed Georgian townhouse with lots of stairs leading to the south facing rooms, each with a spectacular panoramic view over the harbour. We renovated Buckley House with love and respect for the old building substance, adding a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a modern central heating system, colourful contemporary design as well as art to build a comfortable creative retreat for ourselves, friends and guests to enjoy.

Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

The Elms is a recently renovated, cosy, two storey cottage which is located on the outskirts of Cobh town. The cottage boasts a fabulous and spacious garden with ample private parking. The cottage is within walking distance to the majority of amenities that Cobh has to offer including a swimming pool. Cobh town centre is a 20 min walk and Cuskinny Nature Reserve and strand is a 3 min walk from the cottage. Cuskinny is popular amongst kayakers and sea swimmers. There are 2 golf courses nearby.

Relax in the countryside surrounded by nature after a busy day of sightseeing, less than 2km from the town centre . Our cabin is ideal for couples or small families. We have a lovely outside covered decking area completely fenced and gated. Your space is private and we are only over the hedge if you need anything. We are 5mins (car) and 30min (walking) from Cobh Town centre so car recommended.
