We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. Park your boat at your own personal dock using the boat ramp located directly across from the property. This property has room for 11 people, but there is also access to an air mattress. Enjoy the 3 huge porches, fire pit, paddle boat, hammocks and swings, fishing day or night, drop in your kayaks or paddle board straight off the property and head out to Lake Marion.
