This single-story house, fenced , bordered by a fir tree is located in Condac near the leisure base of Réjallant, between Ruffec ( all shops, train station, hospital, cinema, theater, media library...)and the picturesque village of Verteuil ( castle, mill...)

Charming split level, open plan gite, converted from an old stone barn attached to the family fermette set amongst fields, hedgerows and trees. Wood burning stove. Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Pretty Cottage with Private Pool and Hot Tub

The Cottage is perfect for a back to nature holiday- but with a private Pool and Hot Tub. Peace and Tranquility-perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Rural France. There are no other guests on the property. There are beautiful walks on the doorstep with a Medieval Millhouse on the Charente river 300 metres away and chemins stretching for miles around the area. The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

Very bright townhouse

Very nice townhouse with 8 beds. Large garage. Walking access in less than 5 minutes to bars, restaurants, cinema, aquatic center, shops. Futuroscope 45 minutes away, Monkey Valley 15 minutes away, Vigeant circuit 30 minutes away and the ocean 1h30 away. Numerous family activities to do in the area (Terra Aventura, Accrobranche, horseback rides...). TV and internet via the fiber optics. Possibility of extra mattresses. coffee capsules, tea... free. Only €10 to 15 cleaning fee.

Charming small detached house near a large walnut tree in a hamlet offering calm and tranquility. 2 steps from the Museum "Le Vieux Cormenier", 5 minutes by car from the animal park "La Vallée des Singes", 45 minutes from Futuroscope, 35 minutes from the Valdivienne Circuit. 7 km from shops, aquatic center, doctors, pharmacies, cinema, restaurants, gas stations... We will be very happy, with my spouse Stéphane, to welcome you to our pretty Poitevin house, fully renovated and fully equipped, with garden, in a very quiet village. Accessible PMR, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, valley of the monkeys, vegetal labyrinth, futuroscope at 40 minutes, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surroundings. Available from 4pm Check out before 11am (do the house cleaning).
