Our family vacation condo is right at the beach with unobstructed Gulf views from the living room, balcony, kitchen and dinner area. It has stainless steel appliances in an updated kitchen. Bunk beds have flat screen TV's. The views, especially sunsets from 16th floor patio is amazing. Most guests see the dolphins in the morning. We offer beach chairs/umbrella at the unit, Netflix at every TV and free high speed WIFI. Pelican Beach Resort is the prime family destination in the area.

The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.
