The Nook sits in the grounds of Downside House. It has been recently renovated to a high standard offering comfort, warmth and style. There is one upstairs bedroom with a king-size bed, luxury bedding and white soft towels. A downstairs bathroom offers a roll top bath with shower overhead. WiFi, Bluetooth music speaker, desk, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer It's the perfect place from which to explore the beautiful sights Bath, Wells and Somerset have to offer.

The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath is a fabulous detached property. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots.

The Ox House is a converted milking parlor that has been lovingly restored to a high-quality. Self-contained with a large kitchen, dining area, lounge with log burner and comfortable beds, you couldn't possibly wish for more. The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. The Hole in the Wall, Nr Bath, Longleat, Cheddar

The Hole in the Wall is a Grade 2 listed building, the owners occupy the main house at the front and the holiday cottage (which is separate) is at the side/rear, it is 20 - 30 mins from Bath, Wells, Longleat, Glastonbury & Cheddar. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen diner, on the first floor there is a very large lounge with sofas at one end and a double bed and also foldaway bed for 5th guest at the other end. There is a separate bedroom with twin beds.

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.
