Naturschnee-Skigebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das Skigebiet in 5 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2025 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card per Email.

The chalet is a cozy place for couples and families and is right next to our old house. Equipment: SW terrace with garden access, small bedroom, large bedroom, small kitchen, wood-covered living room in front of panoramic window, with separate round dining area all in wood. Quiet residential location amidst gardens. Walking distance to Kochelsee, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. In the immediate vicinity there is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities.

Club Hotel Hinterthal Fantastic holiday home

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Cozy apartment in the Alps

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. A third room is available for bookings of 5 or more guests. We also offer a fire pit for campfires and an outdoor lounge area. The apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has its own lockable entrance. The triple room is on the same floor as the apartment but must be accessed via the stairwell.

My place is in the beautiful Isarwinkel in Upper Bavaria, surrounded by mountains and meadows. You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the midst of our unique hedge landscape. We have farming with dairy farming. Especially children love to pet the little calves and play with the cats. But it's also a good retreat for stressed couples or business travelers.
