West Wittering Village - short walk to beach.

A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

Situated in the seaside village of West Wittering this former sculptors studio sits in its own south facing garden. It has been converted into a unique holiday destination with two en-suite rooms with King size beds, open plan kitchen/dining area, upstairs twin bedroom and lounge. The Barn can accommodate up to 6 guests. Larger groups please also consider Sheepwash Lodge. Sleeps 2 but has a sofa bed in the sitting room. A kitchen diner, sitting room and private garden . Plenty of parking.

Secluded self-contained apartment above cartbarn in pretty Sussex village close to Goodwood. Snuggled into the foothills of the South Downs and 2 minutes walk to the fab village pub, this makes the perfect base for a weekend away. Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. With a king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, a separate bathroom (bath/shower) and a private decked area, there is a lot of space. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. Own entrance &private parking, you can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard.

With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
