Adorable & freshly renovated cabin located in a private wooded community between Highlands and Franklin in the Nantahala National Forest. Our light & airy cabin is nestled on almost 4 acres of woodsy, mountainous terrain and is private and picturesque, yet still convenient to town. We love relaxing on the front porch, surrounded by nature and enjoying the sounds of the streams & views of the mountains. It is a peaceful cabin to relax & enjoy the cool breezes and scenery of the Smoky Mountains.

Covered deck area with sectional for lounging, along with a large dining table. Additional large private deck area with 4 person hot tub, large gas grill and built in seating. The small lake where you can enjoy swimming fishing and any other non motorized water activities is about a five min walk away.

This log home is ten minutes from downtown Bryson City with many restaurants and grocery stores. Also close to the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, white water rafting, tubing, hiking, Harrah's in Cherokee, and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The views are gorgeous. The road to the cabin is mostly paved but the last few minutes are graveled with a few steep areas. The driveway is also. You'll need at least an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle.

A-Frame of Mind, Smoky Mountain cabin .

Quiet A-frame on the side of the mountains at the base of the Great Smokies, overlooking Dick's creek. Home is secluded, however only 3 miles back to Great Smoky Mtn Exspressway. Within 15 minutes to Cherokee Indian Reservation(Harrah's) , Sylva and Dillsboro. And 20 minutes to WCU in Cullowhee. Within 25 minutes to Bryson City, Waynesville and Franklin. Lastly, within 60 minutes to Highlands, Gatlinburg, Asheville, Cataloochee Ranch and ski resort. Middle of it all.
