Large charming house that can accommodate up to 12 guests facing south, spacious, renovated. Fireplace in large kitchen. Enclosed garden. Quiet, in the middle of nature for holidays with family or friends or group. can be suitable for people with limited mobility (Italian shower room toilet on the ground floor ) 25 minutes from Cognac and Angouleme. 5 minutes from small shops, 10 minutes from Barbezieux, Chateauneuf sur Charente and Segonzac.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , consisting of a bedroom, bathroom ( shower, sink), toilet, common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

Very peaceful neigbourhood close to Angoulême. Garden of 4000sqm with a little forest with oak trees. Covered parking space available. 3km from Angoulême and around 7 minutes from it's city center. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.
