This is a gorgeous house with a fully licensed golf simulator, 3 bedrooms, offices to work from, a salt water pool, jacuzzi, putting and chipping areas. House is walking distance to downtown Gilbert and tons of restaurants, dog park, etc. an entertainers dream. *** The EV charger is in the garage, access to the garage and unlimited use of the charger is $25/night.
