This old farmhouse dating from 1800 can comfortably accommodate 10 people on 2 levels and 150m² of living space. This chalet includes 5 bedrooms , 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets. It is located in Villards sur Thônes , 900 m above sea level, equidistant from the Clusaz and Grand Bornand and close to Annecy. A complete renovation in 2018 was carried out while maintaining the spirit of authenticity that marks this type of habitat . The chalet is not suitable for People with Reduced Mobility.

Rent apartment departure and return skis on the foot recently renovated. Studio cabin 4 people, south esxposition. Ideally located in the district of Fontanettes, you will have business (bakery, restaurant, ski rental and ski lifts). A free shuttle is also available to go to the croisette and / or heather (less than 10 min walk). Access and return of the ski area directly by the slope in front of the apartment (Slope of the boyes).
