It has seaview even from inside and is fully equipped with modern and quality equipment. It's located 50 meters from the quiet beach of Lachania with crystal water, considered one of the best on the island. There is also large private parking place and direct access to the garden. There are no stairs to access the apartment even inside.

All the apartments are renovated in April 2016. The apartments are spacious and air-conditioned, they have a well-equipped kitchenette, a fridge, kettle, toast maker and a bathroom with a shower. All the apartments have their own balcony with sea view and they have access to a big terrace overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy your sunbathing or watching the sun go down in the evening. You can enjoy also free Wi-Fi and free parking. The bus station is only 3 min from the apartments.
