Custom new private cabin in the countryside and not even a mile to the village. The cabin is three total floors including a walk out basement with more space for gear and pets and a fenced in backyard for dogs. Large bonfire pit with plenty of outdoor furniture and a 7 person outdoor hot tub. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with an open concept floor plan. Short driveway off of a paved road, huge wrap around deck and gorgeous views, camping also allowed on property. Very close to both Resorts

Artists cottage - mid century

View birds, wildlife in an old forest along the Allegany River from the porch, deck or large picture windows. Relax, renew, read a book, create, write, paint, unplug. (fast Wi Fi, 32 inch TV and echo dot) Families and dog owners will like the large yard (no fence, warning ticks and Lyme disease in the area). My grandmother designed the cottage around a vintage house trailer (tiny house). There are many unique and cleaver features. Family mementos through history are on display.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
