Eine kleine, feine Loft mit separatem Badezimmer. 1 offener Raum für Schlafen/Kochen/Essen/Wohnen. Die Loft ist optimal für 2 Personen, auf dem Bettsofa (120cm breit) könnte jedoch noch eine 3. Person oder sogar 2 Kinder schlafen. Die gesamte Loft wurde ausschliesslich mit hochwertigen Materialien wie naturgeöltem Lärchenparkett und Naturkalkputz aufgebaut, für ein angenehmes und gesundes Wohnklima. Ein Bijou, das die Gastgeber eigenhändig mit viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail gebaut haben.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

The flat is on the hillside of the liechtensteinensian Alps with a beautiful view over the Rheintal-valley. With modern style you will enjoy a comfortable stay in our little Principality. The bus-stop is a minute away from the flat. The center of the capital of our country "Vaduz" is 5 minutes by bus, the mountains for hiking or skiing 15 minutes. The flat is a duplex-apartment with two floors. To the apartment belong 2 parking-spots for free directly next to it.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. From the train station to our house it is a 15-20 minute walk. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is on the slope, it goes quite up and has a lot of stairs. From the house on foot to the old town it is 5 minutes.
