Elegant apartment in Genoa

Please, read carefully the following desriptions that will be relevant for the check in and along your stay in the flat: 1) The home automation system: The house is technologically manageable through a display at the entrance . From there you can manage the temperature of the habitat (air condition), the lighting, the music. To listen to the music you can use airport or connect your smartphone/ipod to the relevant cable through the headphone output and turn on from the display (if you have any problem you can write me to have quick instructions and/or ask me to select options by remote access); 2 ) the kitchen rings: note that it is a little bit tricky sometimes to detect the pans whereas the burner is a very performing one. Please use a special care because it is delicate if you cook when the base is dirty. Francesca will show you the product to use in case it gets dirty. 4) You will be shown where to find kitchenware and accessories like salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea bags 5 ) electric window system: the kitchen window is the only one that is not manual. You will find a bottom to open it electrically. 6) outside lights. Very charming in the evening. You can enjoy the view in the garden turning on the outside lights. Find in the display the 3 options (segnapasso, esterno facciata, piante). 7) you'll be delighted by the quality of the cuisine “Lago”. However it is required to pay attention to the risk of damage the surface of the furniture on the left side when you open the dishwasher. That door crashes into the furniture when the latter is slightly opened. 8) Parking facility (access from the garden by private gate) Finally I ask you to avoid using shoes inside the habitat. We try to promote a healthy and “sterile” environment.

Perfect to reach Portofino, Santa Margherita, San Fruttuoso and Camogli by bus, car or boat and CINQUE TERRE (train, 1 hour). 4 minutes walking from the cable car that gets to Santuario di Montallegro, a beautiful church overlooking the Tigullio Gulf. The location is immersed in the greenery of a private residence, in a quiet area, 800 meters from the sea and the center of Rapallo; Located on the hill towards Santa Margherita, it offers a beautiful view of the gulf. Convenient for day trips to the area, it becomes a place to relax in the evening. Must have a drink on the terrace and end the evening with a candlelit dinner overlooking the sea. Just above the marina, a delightful apartment with all the comforts, including a WiFi network. Beach 50 meters away , quiet area, shops and services under the house. Access to the house exclusively via self check-in. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator. At 20 meters from the harbour.CasinaBlumare is a typical fisherman flat, an authentic stay in this unique destination. Casina Blu Mare is the typical fishing house in the village, it is a piece of me in this beautiful place where I grew up. Staying in Portofino in an apartment is a unique and authentic experience that I highly recommend, you must have time to enter the atmosphere so my advice, if you can, stay 3 nights. Have an exciting stay in an historical villa surrounded by green, few steps away from the city center. A symbolic place where the Germans April 25, 1945 signed the surrender with partisans, a signature for peace and reconciliation among peoples. As per D.L. (law decree) 229/2021 (GU 309 30/12/21), starting from January 10 and until the end of the state of emergency (31 March 2022), access to housing will be allowed only to persons with Green Pass.

A very quiet and characteristic area, convenient to tourist attractions, vehicles and shops; on foot in 8 minutes you can get to Piazza Principe train station; in 5 minutes, always on foot, you can go to the aquarium, in Via Garibaldi, in Piazza De Ferrari. Below the house are a bakery, a grocery store, a butcher, a supermarket, restaurants and bars.
