Please keep in mind, this is a second story suite. There is 1 flight of stairs. Paws & Relax Guest Suite is located a block and a half up from beautiful historic downtown LeClaire, next to the scenic Mississippi River. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, a distillery & brewery- all within walking distance! There is an outdoor patio with seating & table along with a porch for rainy days. Close enough to walk downtown, but just far enough to enjoy some peaceful rest. The perfect home away from home!

Large, private, lower-level apartment in our house

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. It is a very cozy apartment with kitchen, large private bathroom, large family/dining area with couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Lucy’s House

No surprises with pricing! I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 64 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

This 5 ✰ rental is located steps from the Rock River. Perfect for couples, or families and friends! It can sleep up to 7 (2 queen, and sofa couch, bathroom with shower, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. This 1111 sf home was built in 1941 and it has some unique and adorable quirks! The deck provides a glorious unobstructed view of the river. As you can see from the photos, the sunrises are amazing and you have a front row seat! The birds are singing and it is so relaxing.
