This beautiful beachfront modern villa is located inside a protected biological reserve and right in front of the Pacific Ocean. It's built in one of the few places in Costa Rica where a house can be so close to the ocean. Minimalistic and spacious architecture, private pool and parking, amazing ocean and sunset views and all the features you would expect from a city house. Casa Harmony is a mediterranean house offering a convivial atmosphere. Located in a secluded part of the refugee and in front of one of the best surf spots, it takes only 30 seconds to walk to the beach! Many local activities await you to make your stay an adventure! To be completely transparent a construction began in May nearby. Inconveniences were minimized and last floor will be finished end of septembre. I am willing to negotiate any inconvenience that may arise during your stay.

One of the very best beachfront properties in Costa Rica, located in the heart of the most popular tourist area in Costa Rica (9 miles north of Jaco). Exceptional quiet beautiful area, with private pool, ping-pong, climbing peg board, bat-mitten, tire-swing, dart-board, board games, and foosball. Write about the use of the SUV cars. The maid service, and the 7 ocean kayaks are usually only available for a stay of 5 or more days. The cook is usually always available for an extra charge.
