Sunny, relaxing & fully decked out on McGrath

77 McGrath is a renovated bungalow in Napier South with a modern, contemporary feel and great indoor/outdoor living. Being a kiwi house, we have a good sized deck, great BBQ and outdoor area. Our place is private and fully fenced with large automatic gates, so great for kids. We are big on comfort, good beds, quality bedlinen, and large sofa's made for sinking into after a day at the vineyards. We are one street back from the beach (2min walk) and a 20 min stroll (1.9km) to the centre of town.

The Berry Farm Retreat, Hastings.

The Retreat is a tidy self contained cottage (with private courtyard & BBQ) on our Berry Farm, only 3 mins drive from Hastings City. It is very peaceful with fresh fruit in abundance. New Air Con unit! We have an extra bedroom with a double bed @ $35.00 per night for one person or $40.00 for a couple. This room shares the Retreat facilities. See last photo. This means that we can sleep five people in total. Our price includes all linen, a jar of berry jam, GST, wifi & all cleaning on departure.

Situated just 10 minutes from Taradale and the Mission Estate, or 20 minutes from Napier, this guesthouse offers the benefits of a peaceful rural setting, just a stones throw from all the action! Perfect for families, the property has a tennis court, playground, spa pool and swimming pool that guests are welcome to use. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. The Village Villa combines old style charm with modern amenities. Put your keys in the drawer and take a 2 minute stroll into the Village with it's fabulous shopping and vibrant cafes. The Villa has been recently renovated and boasts a modern spacious kitchen opening out onto a large sunny deck. Located on a summer fruit orchard, surrounded by trees with a view to the Tuki Tuki River and Te Mata Peak, this small 2 bedroom flat enjoys all day sun, with the lounge opening to an outdoor area. One of the things to look forward is to relax in the outdoor bath and sauna, while enjoying the scenery. Welcome to Cameron Cottage, tucked away on Napier Hill within a 5 minute walk to the city center which is abuzz with activity, cafes and entertainment. Modern self contained apartment

Modern 2 bedroom apartment conveniently situated just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful Havelock North Village. Although young children are welcome, please be aware that my property is not really suitable for young active children and is not fenced from the neighbours or the busy road. Message me if you need a one night stay as this may be possible in the winter months. Discounted rates are available for stays longer than one week.

Parkhill Lodge - Villa + Heated Pool

The villa is spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (including spa bath) open plan kitchen, lounge and outside deck. Our outdoor pool is heated to a minimum of 28 degrees from October to April. We are just 12 minutes from Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and Cape Kidnappers. Explore the wineries and bike trails that surround us. Elephant Hill, Clearview, Te Awanga Estate and Beach House Wineries are a ten minute bike ride away.

Modern country 3 bedroom cottage

Our cottage is located on a quiet, no exit road only 5 minutes drive to Hastings, 7 minute drive to Havelock North, and only a 15 minute drive to Napier. There is a fantastic Farmers market every Sunday at the local Showgrounds which is only a 3 minute drive away. A cycle way runs through our road and links to several different cycle tracks covering Hawke’s Bay. Our place is good for couples, small groups and families (with kids).
