Large duplex T2-style bungalow in a local home, in a quiet cul-de-sac at an altitude of 45 meters, independent entrance, shared pool. The property is located right next to our house. Belgian and Breton family with 2 children aged 6 and almost 9 years old, 3 cats , 1 turtle, 1 rabbit and 2 chickens! Beach and forest 5 min by car and 2 min from all amenities (bakery, vegetable, wine cellar, tobacco bar, supermarket...) Ideal location for visiting the island, between the sea and the mountains.
