Solomons is a historic fishing village on the Western Shore of the Chesapeake Bay and is bounded by the Patuxent River to the South. Baltimore and DC are less than an hour away. The property slopes gently down to a private & protected cove of the Chesapeake Bay. There is a crab shack and dock where sunsets can be viewed and cocktails appreciated.

Lovely 2 acre waterfront lower level attached apartment with separate private entrance. Exceptional amenities include an inground pool, a pier with kayaks and paddle boards, pickleball and basketball courts, a swing set with a rock wall for kids, a gas grill, and a pool table. This amazing water front home is conveniently located only seven miles from the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis. We do not host parties or events. Bright & cheery 1 bedroom waterfront apartment nestled on the banks of the St. Mary's River. Amazing, dreamy views. It's a sweet spot to relax and enjoy a quiet get-away or launch a kayak, take a walk, enjoy great food cuisine. We sit next to St. Mary's College of MD and Historic St. Mary's City.
