A penthouse apartment ideal for couples & families all year round. Onsite pool and immediate access to a blue flag beach. Centrally located, with private parking. A spacious terrace, ideal for sunbathing, outside dining, or a relaxing evening drink with stunning views of the sea. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed plus air conditioning in all main rooms. The air conditioning units provide heating in the cooler months. 2km from Sierra de Irta Natural Park and 20km from Castellon Airport.

Sant Carles Rapita. Superbe flat , the sea at 3mn

it's a nice and quite big apartment aprox 70 m2. there is 2 rooms, one big with a bed king size and one for vthe childs with 2 beds. The living room has a big tv, leather sofas and you will have the air cond . Kitchen is separate with ceramic hob, washing machine, freezer, oven, everything is new, everything is functional, air con in all the rooms include kitchen and bath room. You will be at 5 mn walking from the beach, restaurants, and shops. I will be ther for the keys and speak english

2nd, View to fine sand beach/castle, adults only

This is a centrally located studio on the second floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

The development has parking and green areas, 1 tennis court and 2 swimming pools with a lounge area. The apartment is very romantic, cozy, fully equipped, ideal for a happy vacation with your partner, family or friends. Bus next to the development and 5 minutes to downtown Peñiscola. Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment, bright, elegant, sunny, comfortable, new, comfortable and Nordic concept with natural wood furniture. With a very spacious and comfortable garden and pool. Downtown area with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. Close to the river, which is one of the most beautiful and relaxing areas for walking and sports. 4 minutes from the sea with incredible beaches, impressive dunes, and clean, warm waters.

Magnificent apartment overlooking the Castle.-

Perfect apartment for couples and families. Located on North beach front. It is characterized by its spectacular views of the sea and the castle with its large terrace where you can eat and dine. Frontline with open pool from June to September, with shops, restaurants and just a 25mn walk from the castle. Air-conditioning in every room. Parking in building. A short-term lease will be signed for stays longer than 10 nights.

Magnífica ubicación a 10 metros de la playa, a 5 minutos a pie del centro urbano y a 15 del castillo (en lo alto de la colina). Apartamento muy luminoso, totalmente renovado, consta de 2 dormitorios, un baño, cocina completamente equipada y salón comedor. Dos terrazas una de ellas frontal al mar. El apartamento también dispone de piscina comunitaria, cancha de tenis y plaza de garaje cubierta. Aire acondicionado.

Weekly or bi-weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in from 16.00 h and departures at 10.00 am. It has 45 m and 22 m of closed porch and two terraces of 25 and 20 meters respectively. The penthouse is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. It has air conditioning in the living room and fans in bedrooms. Pool and garage included in the price.
