Lovely, sunny and peaceful apartment of 68 m2 and 16m2 of spectacular terrace, with great charm and fully restored, with views to "Metropol Theatre", designed by the architect J.M. Jujol (disciple of A. Gaudí). Capacity up to five people. Superbe Loft dans le centre historique de Tarragona, près de la Cathédrale et des plus beaux sites historiques de l'antique capitale romaine. Dans un ancien couvent et situé au dernier étage et disposant d'un petit ascenseur, le loft est calme et idéal pour le télétravail ( Internet par fibre rapide ). Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

A fully renovated 23-square-meter studio in 2020, in a building with a community pool that opens only in summer, 200 meters from the beach, and a 5-minute drive from the Portaventura theme park. It has an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, bathroom and a room with a double bed of 1.60m and a single bed. Maximum 3 people. The community pool opens in late June until 10 September (approximate dates). No oven.
