The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full bed, the loft has a full size futon. It is peacefully tucked away at the end of a road with only three other houses on it. Great place to stay when in town for graduations, weddings (very close to Bittersweet Farms and UMass) or just to escape and relax!! Enjoy yourself in my private, bright and cozy little house right on the river! Back deck with gas grill and great coffee, donuts and ice-cream across the street. Brand new kitchen too!! *Note, no excessive noise, parties or gatherings are allowed. Only those approved to stay in the house are permitted. Guests in violation will be asked to leave immediately.

Enjoy a piece of history at this carriage house! Jonathan Bourne owned a mansion along with this home, and his son purchased a whaler, Lagoda, in 1841.
