Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast, Hunmanby Gap beach only 10 mins drive away. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a gas BBQ to sit and chill while watching the sun go down, complimented by a lower seating area and private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.
