Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment and a private laundry room with washing machine, dryer and the possibility of hanging clothing. Supermarkets are in a few minutes walking distance. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity, the train station can be reached in a short time. The apartment offers every guest a cozy home, centrally located and ideal for winter activities (skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) as the ski resort from the Brandnertal can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus. Montafon is also only 15 minutes by car, as well as 15 minutes by car to the Klostertal, to Lech it is about 25 minutes by car. In spring, summer, and in autumn, our area is popular for hiking, climbing, biking, gorge! Shopping in 5 min!
