The dining/living area has a partial view of Lake Champlain! You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

Little Cabin on the Lake

Please read all below: We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and sups. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes!

This guest suite was built for my parents who recently retired. They're awesome. When they are out traveling the place is yours! The suite is located in a duplex. My family and I live on the other side. Located on a quiet dead end road on owners 3 acre property. Interstate is 1/2 mile away, property is less than a 1/4 mile to Niquette State park & the lake, walking trails, kayaking, swimming right out your door. 15 minutes to Burlington, 45 minutes to Stowe, 10 minutes to the Champlain islands. Lots of places to visit in the area. Close to area ski resorts, such as Smugglers Notch in Jeffersonville, Stowe Mountain resort in Stowe, Bolton Valley Ski resort in Richmond.

Welcome to 18 Lake. Situated in beautiful, quiet, Port Kent, NY., this is the perfect place to relax and to get away. People come from all across the country to tour the area on bicycles in summer, and from all over the world during the winter for Lake Placid's winter sports. In fall, the colors are incredible. You will find golf about 1/2 mile away, and other attractions such as Ausable Chasm, High Falls Gorge, orchards, boating, hiking, and more close by!

The apartment is newly appointed and has all that you will need for your visit to our beautiful little city. The loft style bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area.
