[2024 Renewal] Modern and cozy Bomun Complex Room_2nd floor

Hello. Our accommodation is located in the main pension village complex in Bomun Complex, Gyeongju. In July 2024, the interior was completed in a modern way. The second floor accommodation is completely separated from the guests on the first floor. [Location💙] Gyeongju Hwabaek Convention, Bomun Lake, California Beach, Bomun Complex, Donggungwon, and Hilton Hotel are all within 6-10 minutes by car. Accessibility is possible. [Structure🩷] Living room and kitchen + 1 room (2 queen beds) + bathroom It is prepared as a barbecue deck (about 9 pyeong) that is used exclusively on the second floor. [Bedding🧡] Bedding is not worn by the company, and the owner will wash + dry + daylight disinfection every day. [Use of charcoal fire💛] Our home is located on the BBQ deck. We prepare a grill + white charcoal, and you can use it for 30,000 won. (It can start before 19:00 in the evening and there is no limit to the end) [Telecommunications/Miscellaneous🩵] Smart TV 50 inches are available, and you can use YouTube, Netflix, etc. (personal account) Very fast internet WiFi is available by building Giga Internet.

Stone-Lit House 2 Main House (150-year-old richest house)

The house with stone lanterns 2 Anchae is a house in the best part of Gyeongju, and the beauty of the old Korean traditional hanok is well preserved. If you enter through a large gate and pass through a pretty garden and go through the second middle door, you will be connected to the main house. This accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and has a large room (there is a toilet for 4 people in the room), a small room (for 2 people), and a large floor. Please be aware that guests are responsible for any property items or property damage during your stay. Since Sethim's accommodation is in a wall, please be considerate of each other so that there is no noise disturbance to other guests. We follow the refund policy for any reason, such as coronavirus and weather. Please be quiet after 10 o'clock as there are residents living in the village and guests staying in other buildings next door. Drinking, gamu, and loud noises over the line will be taken out. This is a spacious, clean, and spacious house with a goodle room in a newly built traditional hanok house in 2019. It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There are Seorak Seowon, Muyeol Kingdom, and other Seorak Tumulus-guns nearby, and it's a 15-minute walk away, so it's a great place to take a walk. There's also a fun event for the old house concert held every Saturday in Seorak Seorak Seorak between April and October.
