Welcome to my contemporary, cozy, quiet, light, and warm central apartment, 56 sq. m, balancing comfort and aesthetics. It was my parents place. Located on the 4-th floor in an authentic 1930-40s building in a typically socialist style (no lift), like many other buildings in the center. Many of our neighbors were doctors, most lived to 80-90 years. Now the building, although strong, does not look as a new and shiny hotel. But it is worth to feel the Bulgarian atmosphere, in the Airbnb spirit.

Our place is an apartment on the second floor of a house close to the city centre, parks, sightseeings, and a sports area. We live on the third floor so if you need anything, the door is always open. You’ll love the spacious apartment, the views, the location, and the garden. It could be ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. There is a covered outdoor механа (see in pictures) with a kitchenette and a fireplace available at an additional cost.

This penthouse apartment (non-smoking) has fabulous views up the nearby mountains and is only 400 metres walk from the gondola base station. Even closer are several good restaurants and supermarkets (one of them is open 24 hours). Bansko's historic town centre is 15 minutes' walk away. Bansko now has a thriving coworking community.
