Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Top Floor Boho Loft Near the Shops in Trendy Palermo

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

Unique & refurbished LOFT - Palermo Hollywood

Amazing LOFT located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. The building, "Los Silos de Dorrego",is a refurbished ex grain factory from 1920, surrounded with a huge garden full of ancient trees. The complex has this green space to enjoy, with a large (heated) swimming-pool. Also has a gym, dry sauna and a restaurant & bar only for residents. The loft is super unique and stylish. With a cool taste in every detail. double high and tall walls with huge windows, both with views to the pool and garden.

Modern bright design loft for two, with a big balcony in Palermo, very good neighbourhood. Two blocks away from Cordoba Avenue. Kitchenette, living room and toilette are located in one floor, bedroom (queensize) with bathroom in the second one. Kitchenette with electric stove, small electric oven, microwave, coffeemachine, blender, toaster, waterheater, refrigerator. Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. A very safe area :) The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and very nice!!!! Welcome :)

The furniture and the household appliances were thought for a confortable and pleasant stay. It ‘s a 50 square meters well lit apartment. Downstairs the living , with a TV set and the kitchen , a coach for two people, a table, four chairs and a balcony. Upstairs there is a very confortable queen size bed , a closet and a bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped: wifi, TV, heating, air conditioning, bathroom, kitchen. Beautifully designed and decorated.

The Loft is part of a house with gardens with plants and armchairs to rest in the courtyards. Safety is top of mind. Although it is close to 2 important avenues, it is far from the noise of the big city. It has all the necessary facilities for pleasant stays. It is a very quiet street of houses with very little traffic so you can rest in peace. It is located 400 meters from Malabia Subway Station B and 400 meters from Movistar Arena.
