Great Apartment and Location Close to the Beach

If they were still undecided where they would spend their holidays, enjoy a little time of rest or work, they just found the right place! The apartment is great, familiar, cozy, well-maintained, with new mattresses, TV with digital converter, net, air conditioning and many other advantages! Each piece of the apartment, with the exception of the living room/kitchen, has a door that separates from the rest of the property, making it great for those who like to sleep earlier, while the other guests stay in the living room!

Proibido fumar Cachorros permitidos mediante consulta prévia, não permitidos gatos Proibido receber convidados que não os hóspedes Não dispomos de roupa de cama e banho mas pode ser providenciado mediante taxa. Garagem somente carro passeio, pois a rampa de acesso difícil. Não atende SUV e caminhonetes

Your family will be close to everything when staying at this well-located place. simply in the best place. street 1200, 98 .. next to alley of the broking. restaurants. markets. next to parking. cozy place. recommend. for sure will be in a great place. beautiful apartment and very comfortable. with 52mts. balcony / 1 double bedroom/ 1 bunk room obs: very small bedroom. and 2 more mattresses for living room. ideal 6 people. 1 bathroom. my apartment is currently missing a parking space.
