Spacious, light, self catering annexe 5 mins walk from the beach, dunes & Fishermans Return Pub, perfectly located to visit the seals at Horsey. Perfect for walkers, birdwatching, cyclists & visiting the Broads, Yarmouth’s amenities and events 10 miles. NO EV or charging at this property. Nearest fast charge, Tesco’s at Caister (6 miles). NO smoking or vaping on property, use green outside front gate.

Our annex is complete with spacious double bedroom, shower room, lounge & kitchenette. The Annex is located next to the Norfolk & Suffolk Avaition Museum and The Flixton Buck Inn for great food & locally made drinks. Flixton is a small rural village, 5 minutes to the historic town of Bungay, 20 minutes to the Norfolk Broads, 30 minutes to Southwold. 20 minutes to Norwich, 40 minutes to Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich. Fabulous central location ,Just a stones throw away from the centre of Norwich city. Shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes are all on your doorstep.This apartment has a security camera installed at the front of the building. This is well equipped with 2 double bedrooms, the third bed is a sofa bed situated in the living room. one en-suite and one separate shower room, kitchen/lounge with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher. This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.
