A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

The cottage is 35 minutes from Toulouse, Albi and Castres. Completely renovated by us, it can easily accommodate 5 people with its 2 bedrooms and the mezzanine. It is bright and has a lot of charm with its stone and brick walls, whitewashing and wooden partitions. Pleasant to live in, in a peaceful environment, it overlooks a vast garden with a swimming pool. It adjoins the house and the workshop. It is comfortable with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), WiFi TV.
