LITTLE HOUSE AT PLITVICE LAKES

Little house is situated in a peaceful small village of Rastovaca, just 500 m (5-10 minutes easy walk trough the little forest) from Entrance No. 1 of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Bus station is also at Entrance No.1 of the Plitvice Lakes NP, as well as the small souvenir / grocery store, cafe shop, buffet and couple of restaurants on 5-10 minutes walking distance. If coming without a car, we suggest to do bigger shopping before coming to the Little house. Little house is split into 2 levels and it is completely furnished. It consists of kitchen (oven, stoves, coffee machine, water heater), dining room, living room (SAT-TV and AC), and bathroom on the first level. Please note that there are spiral wooden staircase leading on the upper floor (because of this it is not recommended for people with difficulty in walking) which consists of 1 double room (15 sqm) and a space with 1 single bed, AC. In the cold winter days there's also a central heating at your disposal, on request. Free WiFi is available in the Little House and in the common areas of the property. At the corner of the house there is a covered terrace with table and chairs. There is also a private parking in front of the house and house itself is surrounded by a garden with small children playground. We ask all of our potential guests to get acquainted with the Croatian legislation with regard to the documents necessary for registration in the house.

It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
