A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

Perfect for families, world schoolers Or unschoolers. Playgroup and co working space included. Best suits a couple, traveling with children or teens. Sounds of nature (birds, monkeys and bush babies) can be heard as you sit around the fire pit. Children’s toys, cot etc available or request. Next door to playground and park, nanny available on request. Absolutely not suitable for parties, events or loud festivities (no music allowed).

Beautiful family home with spectacular views

Our beautiful is close to the beach, spacious living and large entertainment area with great views. Home away from home . A place to seriously relax and (URL HIDDEN) place is good for couples and families (with kids). The swimming pool can be netted if needed and there is wheelchair access to all areas of the house. There is a solar powered inverter and back up water tanks on the property so load shedding is not a problem.
