At 50m from the wonderful lakeside promenade that takes to Villa Olmo, we have setup a large apartment, in a building that was a 600's monastery. The main bedroom overlooks the internal courtyard, away from the noise of the main street. You can reach the historical city center by feet, in a few minutes, via the cycle / pedestrian path facing the lake. Nearby you will find delightful clubs, bars and restaurants and good parking possibilities. Como main station is just a few minutes' walk away.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista del primo bacino del lago di Como ed ammirare la città.

Nice suite one step from the lake

Completely reformed with modern taste, this lovely apartment is ideal for a couple or if you need I can put a single bed more or a sofa bed and could be for a family of three. If there's a baby it's no problem either as a baby bed, chair and bath are available. Just step out of the door and enjoy a lakeside walk.
