The detached house has 200 m² of living space. Upstairs there are 4 large bedrooms with a total of 3 double and 3 single beds. On the south side is a 40 m² terrace incl. hot tub. The hot tub is heated 365 days a year and is available for guests to use free of charge. The house is in a very quiet area and is therefore ideal for relaxing and unwinding. It is located in the Inn-Salzach tourist region. The cities of Salzburg and Munich are within an hour's drive.
