Two golf courses are located down the street in one direction while a recreation center with an olympic sized pool with water attractions for kids is located in the other direction. Downstairs apartment. 4 Bedroom 2 bath with private entrance and kitchen. Great room for relaxing with gas fireplace and 72"TV. Hot tub hammock and fire pit overlooking Antelope Island and the Salt Lake Valley. Great sunsets. Fenced yard. Dogs live upstairs. No pets without prior approval. Extra fee of $10 for guests 5-8. Quiet hours 11PM-7 AM. Hot tub is closed during quiet hours. If you are locals and looking to be loud and party please do not book at this location. EV charger.
