Our 55m² basement apartment is located in the extension of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, directly at the foot of the Drachenfels and just a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you look at the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant quality of life and living. Here one feels comfortable and comes to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether passing through, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we are looking forward to seeing you!

Hallo 🙋🏽‍♀️, hier ist jeder herzlich willkommen. Ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort erwartet dich. Du buchst eine private, eigene Wohnung in der Bonner Weststadt, in einer schönen Wohngegend. Von hier aus kannst du alles prima erkunden, die Autobahn Anbindung ist perfekt. Das Haus liegt in einer leisen Seitenstraße, mit tollen Nachbarn. Nach dem Motto: Leben und Leben lassen. My SmartHome in Bonn with view on Siebengebirge

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 minutes) and right on the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground car park. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) By passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly get to Bonn city centre. The S-Bahn [suburban train] to the airport or to Cologne is a 10-minute walk away.

It is located on the ground floor, has its own house entrance and a door to the garden In the front area are the shower room and the living and working space with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. "Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop that I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. You live centrally, but in the middle of the countryside, at the foot of the Venusberg. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk away. The train takes 11 minutes to get to the main train station. The Haus der Geschichte is 1.4 km and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open-plan "shed" has its own entrance.
