Old lakeside ice cream house with sauna, fireplace and boat/sup

The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowing boat, a stand-up paddle as well as a ping pong table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing can be done from the jetty or boat. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

Our apartment is located in the small district Fährdorf-Hof on the island Poel, remote from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a touristically undeveloped natural coast. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car within a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area as well as its own parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m2 Wifi, towels and linens included. Terrace to rest. At Schiffbauerdamm there are two parking spaces. The second one is free. (About 5 minutes away) There are parking meters in front of the house: you can only park for free from 19:00 to 9:00. The train station is 1km.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. If requested, the sofa bed can be extended in addition to the comfortable single couch. A cot can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Comfortable comfort apartment close to the beach

Comfortable holiday apartment, close to the beach (3 minutes walking). Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two young children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equiped with coffee machine, freezer and and and (see under further information the whole equipment list). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep on the box spring beds is predetermined or relax in the rain shower.
