We are in the exact location of quality restaurants within 8 minutes walking distance to all the beaches, restaurants, parks, and the marina. The grocery stores are within walking distance , the car park is never a problem and it is free . The surroundings of the house are safe 24/7 cameras, all around the house, operate 24/7 cameras, family and calmness are for our guests who want to clean.

The pool gets lots of sun all day and the beach is a short walk away. Bodrum airport is just 15min drive from the house. Please note that during Winter the pool will not be in use & there may be very minor house construction noise within 100m of the house between the end of October and the end of May.
